Some Thoughts on The Parousia

Mat 24:34  Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place.

All what things? It is the things Jesus tells them about after they ask this question.

Mat 24:3  As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the close of the age?"

“The close of the age.” We want it to say “The end of the world.” The question is about the “Jewish age”
