Mat 19:27 Then Peter said in reply, "See, we have left everything and followed you. What then will we have?”
We all have the thought that, so much performance by us earns so much blessing from God. Peter even wanted his blessing for his performance. He had added up his merit points, and wanted to know how much reward they would buy. Grace has paid our debt in full! IN FULL, that is everything, past, present, and future! You don’t get to work off some of the debt.
