Act 17:24 The
God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth.
The dictionary defines lord: a person who has authority, control, or power over
others; a master, chief, or ruler.
This verse says that God is the Lord of the heaven and the
earth.
That is, He has authority, control and power over
all; and that He is master, chief, and ruler of all that heaven and earth is,
and that does include you and me.
