Dan 4:35 all
the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and he does according to
his will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and
none can stay his hand or say to him, "What have you done?"
To say that God is sovereign is to declare that He is the
most high, that He is the God of Gods, that He is the Almighty, the Possessor
of all power in heaven and earth, so that none can defeat His counsels, thwart
His purpose, or resist His will (Ps.115:3). To say that God is sovereign is to
declare that He is “The Governor among the nations” (Ps. 22:28)
I could go on and on through the whole bible until I filled
pages and pages about the sovereign God!
Today events may try to discourage you…..Always trust in
God, who loves you and works for your
good and His pleasure.
