Mar 8:33 But turning and seeing his disciples, he rebuked Peter and said, "Get behind me, Satan! For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man."
It is so very hard to get our self, and our own ego out of the way, and to set our mind on the things of God. We do battle all the day with the act of setting our mind on the things of man. That, I believe is one reason we want to have a futuristic view of the return of Jesus to this earth in a physical way with the whole world looking on and seeing us, ME, on the winning side and them getting what they deserve!
The return of Jesus was a spiritual return and it happened in AD 70.
Over the next few days I want you to see the nearness of the Second Coming, the eminent factor, that is all through the New Testament.
