Heb 13:20-21 Now may the God of peace who brought
again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the
blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with everything good that you may do
his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus
Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Either God works in us what is pleasing in His sight, or He
doesn't. He governs the progress of our sanctification. Like Esau trying to
repent with tears; Heb 12:17 “For you know that afterward, when he desired to
inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no chance to repent, though
he sought it with tears.” Esau was
rejected. God is not obliged to grant
repentance to anyone! That's why we have GRACE!
