Heb 12:2
looking to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, who for the joy
that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated
at the right hand of the throne of God.
The way we lay aside
the weight of this life, and cast off the sin that clings to us; for the glory
of God, is to see Him as sovereign!
“Looking unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith.” Jesus Christ is the one that went to the
cross, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God; notice the tense.
Right now He is there!
