Joh 16:23 In
that day you will ask nothing of me. Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you
ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.
Joh 16:24 Until now
you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may
be full.
I most certainly don’t want to confuse you, ever! God has
told us that He wants us to receive what we ask for so that our joy would be
full.
In our prayers we need to ask God for His will to be done
and for the things that we want, if we get out of line, His will-will prevail!
