1:2-4
Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various
kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces
steadfastness.
And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect
and complete, lacking in nothing.
The message; 2-4 Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.
Isn't
that interesting? “Count it all
joy” ; “Consider it a sheer gift” Either way you say it,
it has to do with your attitude.
Don't
let anything take away your joy/gift today! Have a good attitude.
