5:1
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with
God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Without
Jesus Christ in your life you are in conflict with God, and that
brings turmoil, and a lack of peace.
To
say that we are at peace with someone, is to say that there is no
turmoil or conflict with them. And the absents of turmoil and
conflict is a peaceful thing to the heart.
