46:10
declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things
not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish
all my purpose,
Pay
attentions to the way He said this; Declaring, not I see what will
happen so therefore I choose that, no, but declaring. God said here
that what ever happens I declare it! What ever happens I accomplish
it, because My counsel shall stand, I will accomplish all My purpose.
