Rom 8:35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?

Rom 8:36  As it is written, "For your sake we are being killed all the day long; we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered."

Rom 8:37  No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

Rom 8:38  For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,

Rom 8:39  nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

That is an interesting statement. “love covers a multitude of sins.”

Eph 2:9  not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Eph 2:10  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

God loves you so much that He saved you because He wanted to! You did not do anything that made Him want to, He just wanted to. And you know what else? He already created the good works that you are to do.

The attributes of love here for us, is a reflection of God’s love for us.

As we continue to love Him and as we keep His commandments, His love is steadfast because He will always keep His covenants. So, know that the LORD your God is God!

The father, the creator of the universe, the king of all kings, loves us so that He has allowed us to be called children of God.

Rom 5:8  but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

A sinner does not have a love for God, so, God loved you even when you did not love Him and He showed you that love by dying for you while you were still a sinner.

February has been called the month of love, let’s look at Christian love this month. Paul prays for Christians that their love may abound more and more. I pray this for all of you also.
