Psa 75:6 For
not from the east or from the west and not from the wilderness comes lifting
up,
Psa 75:7 but it is
God who executes judgment, putting down one and lifting up another.
Ultimately God controls men’s outward successes and
failures.
Luk 1:52 he has
brought down the mighty from their thrones and exalted those of humble estate;
Luk 1:53 he has
filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent away empty.
