Rev 5:1  Then I saw in the right hand of him who was seated on the throne a scroll written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals.

Rev 5:2  And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?"

Rev 5:3  And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look into it,

Rev 5:4  and I began to weep loudly because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look into it.

Rev 5:5  And one of the elders said to me, "Weep no more; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals."

Rev 5:6  And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, with seven horns and with seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

Rev 5:7  And he went and took the scroll from the right hand of him who was seated on the throne.

Rev 5:8  And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Rev 5:9  And they sang a new song, saying, "Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation,

Rev 5:10  and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth."

Rev 5:11  Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands,

Rev 5:12  saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!"

Rev 5:13  And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!"

Rev 5:14  And the four living creatures said, "Amen!" and the elders fell down and worshiped.

"Amen!"

Eph 1:16  I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers,

Eph 1:17  that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him,

Eph 1:18  having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

Eph 1:19  and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might

Eph 1:20  that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places,

Eph 1:21  far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.

Eph 1:22  And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church,

Eph 1:23  which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.

He is worthy indeed!

Php 2:10  so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

Php 2:11  and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

His name is above every name! He is worthy!

Isa 49:13  Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth; break forth, O mountains, into singing! For the LORD has comforted his people and will have compassion on his afflicted.

Are you afflicted today? Do you need comforted today? Then sing for joy and exult the LORD for He is your comfort and He will have compassion on you.

Psa 46:1  To the choirmaster. Of the Sons of Korah. According to Alamoth. A Song. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Psa 46:2  Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,

Psa 46:3  though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.

When your world is coming apart and you don’t know what to do; God is a refuge and is your help and your strength. So today, no matter what you are going through, lean on Him!

Psa 145:1  A Song of Praise. Of David. I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever.

Psa 145:2  Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever.

Psa 145:3  Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable.

To extol means to praise highly;  We should do that, a lot!

Rom 11:31  so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy.

Rom 11:32  For God has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy on all.

What an awesome God we serve! Don’t ever think you have Him figured out!

Job 11:8  It is higher than heaven--what can you do? Deeper than Sheol--what can you know?

Job 11:9  Its measure is longer than the earth and broader than the sea.

Job 11:10  If he passes through and imprisons and summons the court, who can turn him back?

He has no limits and His was are passed finding-out!

Rom 11:33  Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

Rom 11:34  "For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?"

Rom 11:35  "Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?"

Rom 11:36  For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

Isa 45:21  Declare and present your case; let them take counsel together! Who told this long ago? Who declared it of old? Was it not I, the LORD? And there is no other god besides me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none besides me.

Isa 45:22  "Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.

Isa 45:23  By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: 'To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.'

This verse declares that God is God and that He alone is God and that He alone is sovereign!

“I am God”

“there is no other god besides me”

“there is none besides me”

“and there is no other”

“To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance”

Heb 1:8  But of the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, the scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom.

Heb 1:9  You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions."

Heb 1:10  And, "You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning, and the heavens are the work of your hands;

Heb 1:11  they will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment,

Heb 1:12  like a robe you will roll them up, like a garment they will be changed. But you are the same, and your years will have no end."

Heb 1:13  And to which of the angels has he ever said, "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet"?

"Your throne, O God, is forever and ever!”

Worship Him for He is forever and ever!

Psa 47:8  God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne.

Psa 148:3  Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars!

Psa 148:4  Praise him, you highest heavens, and you waters above the heavens!

Psa 148:5  Let them praise the name of the LORD! For he commanded and they were created.

Psa 148:6  And he established them forever and ever; he gave a decree, and it shall not pass away.

Psa 148:7  Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all deeps,

Psa 148:8  fire and hail, snow and mist, stormy wind fulfilling his word!

Psa 148:9  Mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars!

Psa 148:10  Beasts and all livestock, creeping things and flying birds!

Psa 148:11  Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all rulers of the earth!

Psa 148:12  Young men and maidens together, old men and children!

Psa 148:13  Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his majesty is above earth and heaven.

Psa 148:14  He has raised up a horn for his people, praise for all his saints, for the people of Israel who are near to him. Praise the LORD!

Praise Him indeed! For He is worthy!

Rev 7:10  and crying out with a loud voice, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!"

Rev 7:11  And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

Are you seeing a pattern for worship? People and angels and elders and living creatures are all falling on their faces to worship.

Rev 15:3  And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, "Great and amazing are your deeds, O Lord God the Almighty! Just and true are your ways, O King of the nations!

Rev 15:4  Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship you, for your righteous acts have been revealed."

Great and amazing, and true, and just, and almighty is God the creator of all, including you and me. So let us come and worship Him!

To fall on the ground and worship is not the response you would expect after having everything taken away.

Rev 4:9  And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who is seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever,

Rev 4:10  the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne…

Fall down before Him and worship!

Isa 6:4  And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called, and the house was filled with smoke.

“And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of him who called!”

If you encounter the Holiness of God you will also shake!
